The team plays its fixtures on a Sunday either visiting other local villages or at their own idylic village ground only 4 miles from Leighton Buzzard. If you are interested in playing cricket for Mentmore or you have a team that fancies a game, you'd be made very welcome.

2009 Players required
The Mentmore winter recruiting drive is underway with the club aim for the 2009 season to turn out 11 players in white for team photographs rather than the 8 shown below (Note - team bowling coach in red and highly regarded fielding coach in black).
Like cricket but prefer a good laugh and a few beers? Mentmore Cricket Club is the one for you. Picturesque setting, wholesome banter and a good splash of extra curricular training in the bar – what a great way to while away the summer weekends.
